Filing with Insurance
We will do a complimentary benefits check upon your arrival to our office! As a courtesy to our patients, our team will also file your dental claims directly to your insurance company on your behalf. Keep in mind, Dr. Lewis is credentialed with most dental insurance plans so please be sure to contact your dental insurance carrier prior to scheduling an appointment should you have any questions prior to your scheduled reservation!
