Meet Our Team

DR. LEWIS'S goal is to be a leader within our community, starting first with helping patients meet their oral health care needs. Dr. Lewis started his education journey at University of Nebraska at Omaha where he held the position of Student Body President and Regent prior to graduating in 2016. He graduated from University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry where he was class president for all four years. Dr. Lewis is an ambassador for the Washington Chamber of Commerce and a member of both the Omaha District Dental Society and Nebraska Dental Associations.

Dr. Lewis and his family bought a house in Blair in June of 2020 so they could settle down and grow their family. He and Julia have been married for almost 4 years, and their son Mason will be 2 in August. They enjoy cooking together and spending time playing with Mason. In his free time, he enjoys working out, shooting pool, and golfing. You may see him running around Blair with his little white dog, Norman. 

DR. MANDY'S goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and confident by delivering exceptional care that meets the specific needs of each individual. Dr. Mandy grew up in Lincoln and then attended Hastings College, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. She then obtained her dental degree from UNMC College of Dentistry, graduating with a High Distinction in the Class of 2023. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Nebraska Dental Association.

During her free time, Dr. Mandy likes to play and watch golf with her husband, spend time with family and friends, travel and explore new places, and try out new recipes. She also enjoys showing her creativity through any type of arts and crafts activities, including crocheting, pottery, painting, and string art. Dr. Mandy is excited to be practicing in a tight-knit community and loves getting to know the many wonderful patients at the Family Dental Center of Blair.

ALLI B is the office administrator at Family Dental Center of Blair. She and her husband, Nick, moved to Blair in 2017 and have three children who keep them very busy; Marley, Tyler and Holdyn. She has over 10 years of customer service and billing experience. Alli is sure to make you feel at home whether you have been coming to our office for years or are brand-new to the area! 

KATIE S is part of the administration team at Family Dental Center of Blair. She grew up in a small-town in Nebraska and has settled in Fremont with her daughter Zoey. Katie has many years of experience in customer service and working with insurance. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, and taking care of her wide variety of indoor houseplants.

SIERRA S is part of our office administration team. She was born and raised in a small town in Iowa. Sierra grew up with a deep appreciation for community and the simple things in life. She loves traveling and exploring new places, especially those surrounded by mountains or water. She also treasures any time spent with family. Before switching her career, Sierra worked as a 911 dispatcher for two years, an experience that taught her patience and compassion. Now, she's enjoying this new chapter and loves being able to help people in a different, yet equally meaningful way every day!

ALLYSON CLOUDT RDH received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Dentistry in May 2020. She was born in Blair and graduated from Blair High School. She was married to her husband, Logan, and had her first child, Rynlee, in the summer (2025). She grew up on her family’s farm outside of Blair near Kennard. When she is not caring for her patients she enjoys being on the farm, hanging out with her family and friends, being at the lake and crafting. Allyson is very devoted, passionate and excited to be a part of the community in her hometown of Blair!

KERI BASSETT RDH has been a Dental Hygienist for 13 years, but has worked in the Dental field for over 20. She started out as a Dental Assistant where she saw firsthand the importance of regular preventive dental care. Keri married her high school sweetheart, Bob. They have 2 grown children, Emily and Adam, and 2 grandchildren, Aspen and Wes. They live in the Village of Washington with their 3 dogs Winston, Tito and Annie. Keri enjoys fishing, spending time with family and helping others. Keri’s goal is to make sure her patients have a positive dental experience while making them as comfortable as possible. It doesn’t matter if it’s been 10 years or 6 months since your last hygiene appointment, we are a team and together we can work towards a healthy mouth.

BREANNE (BRE) J, DA lives in Bennington and is going to school for Dental Hygiene at Iowa Western Community College. She joined our team the Summer of 2022 and has enjoyed learning and gaining experience in a dental office before beginning hygiene school. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family, friends, and fiancé, playing golf, walking her dog, Lando, and watching movies.

CHELSEA K, DA grew up in Blair and has been a Dental Assistant since 2004. She has a wide range of knowledge in various specialties including Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Cosmetics. When Chelsea is not in the office, she spends her time with her husband and three beautiful children, fishing and spending time outdoors. 

KINDRA B, DA relocated to Blair from Arizona in 2016. She enjoys the warmth and charm of the small town of Blair. After spending 16 years as a stay-at-home mom, Kindra pursued a career in Youth Development. In the winter of 2024, she joined our team as a Dental Assistant. Kindra is both passionate and enthusiastic about her new career in dentistry and patient care! When she's not at the office, Kindra enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her children, especially her grandchildren, playing golf, and relaxing at the beach or in the mountains.

MEGAN J, DA completed dental assisting school in 2023 at Midwest Dental Assistant School in Omaha, NE. Megan is currently taking classes at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, IA to become a Dental Hygienist. She is a volleyball coach in the winter for Suburban Volleyball. When she is not working she loves hanging out with family and friends, traveling and reading.
